January 11, 2003, EasyTel President, Randall Skala, announced today
that EasyTel has continued to maintain and even expand it’s position
as one of the leaders in the unified communications and information
industry. "We are continuing to build both industry and public
recognition for the unique nature of our Universal Office platform.
The “Genie Number” is becoming widely known as the future of
communications. Additionally, our debt remains substantially
insignificant. We are poised for phenomenal growth" says
Skala.
The Universal
Office – combined with financial services, the new Virtual Business
OfficeSM and the Virtual Merchant™ functionality – provides
our subscribers with the ultimate ability to “digitally manage” their
life from any touchtone phone OR computer.
While others are struggling to keep up, EasyTel, once again, has
pulled
AHEAD of schedule
in the aggressive rollout of its comprehensive set of communications
tools to major markets around the country. Last year EasyTel planned
eight new or expanded market introductions for the year ending March
31st, 2003.
EasyTel maintains one of the
largest footprints for local coverage of ANY Unified Communications provider in the
U.S.

States where we provided local Genie service prior to June 30, 2002
States
where we will be operational by the end of December 2002 – a full
THREE MONTHS ahead of schedule
With all of
these additions, we span the nation with local service from New York City to Seattle, from Miami to San Diego, from
Houston to Minneapolis, in about three thousand cities and
communities, in 103 area codes spanning across 954 rate centers, in
twenty-six states and Washington DC, reaching approximately 75% of the
population in the United States,
and toll-free
service everywhere in the United States!
But just growing
our physical market space is not enough. At the same time, we are
continuing to expand the list of services we provide, said Randall
Skala.
